WELFARE SERVICES AT SEAFORD RSL

The Welfare Committee at Seaford RSL have developed a wide range of services and resources to support members their families and the wider community. These include

  • Advocating on behalf of service members
  • Support for lifestyle options (to facilitate remaining connected with ex-service personnel
  • Pension advice/ Independent living advise
  • Facilitate RSL Funeral Rituals
  • Provide financial support in necessitous circumstances.
  • Provide referral to aged, health, respite and a broad range of community services

WELFARE RESOURCES – COFFEE CLUB

Service Members “Coffee Club” conducted every second Tuesday at 0930.

WELFARE VISITATION

  • Weekly telephone support calls
  • Weekly home and hospital visits
  • Liaising with extended family members/ carers

COMMUNITY SERVICES

  • Seaford RSL sponsors the School Breakfast Program to aid our younger community members
  • Encourage and support of local Sporting Clubs at both Junior and Seniors levels
  • Community Bus available on request (conditions apply)
